Hesohi has been deeply involved in the underground cultural movement in the midwest for many years. As a producer he has gained critical accalim and the respect of his peers with his releases and studio work with San Fransisco based Imperialdub Recordings. Much is anticipated with his upcoming releases, including 'Get This' on Viva Recordings in Seattle among others. As a live performing entity, Hesohi has been wielding deep-soul tech-house to fill dance floors with thinking heads and wiggle giggle hip motion for over 5 years. In addition to appearing at the ground breaking imperial dub retreats in Hawaii - and most recently Mexico - and in Miami at the WMC, he has performed showcases at the mid west's most important and beloved parties; the Family Affair series, Interstellar Dreamfest, 420, the Elemental series, and the list goes on. As turntable artist DJ Friendly, he has been claiming his share of the deepest house available, along with classics and a fearless approach to a room full of house loving party people.
